Sir Darnley's "S"

19.01.2008

Visitors

Helma and Rolf are playing with the puppies while I am trimming their Mortimer and Nick.

Renate and Ulrich Dahmen visiting their little Sim.

22.01.2008

Rainer with Scully.

It is not easy to support these 7 hooligans properly. At this age our smaller litters were already integrated into the pack. This time it is only possible to do it in terms.

But we still give our best to prepare the puppies as good as possible.

23.01.2008

It is still getting dark early. So the puppies continue playing in the living room.

Just Spark (below) has a foto session. His future owners get some pictures by mail as they connot come all the way from Denmark to visite him in between.

25.01.2008

And now the first puppies move into their new homes already.

Exceptionally two girls may already leave with 10 weeks as they have dog company in their new families.

But here they are still all together:

Sinclair, Sean, Spark, Sugar, Sim, Scully and Sarah.

Sarah is the first one who moves to family Franke in Bottrop. There she will live together with Alisha von der Westerweide, a daughter of Ch. Sir Darnley's Noble Nicolson.

Sarah is a charming girl, very similar to her mother Nellie. Unfortunately we have missed to take some pictures on the table. But I hope to catch this up soon.

Best wishes to Sarah and her new family.

Uups - another visitor!

Renate and Ulrich Dahmen and their Westie "Scheh" come to pick up their Sim.

A special joy for me: Years back Renate and Ulrich were the owner of J.Ch. Sir Darnley's April Shamrock from my very first litter.

Sir Darnley's Spiritual Sim. At the moment she still has rolling ears but they will stand up within the next days.

It is so nice that she will stay not far away.

The reduced troop playing in the living room where the cardboard box is the new attraction.

And here are the first pictures from Sim in her new home.

31.01.2008

Now the puppies can play in the garden every day. But often it is late in the evening that I am able to take some fotos.

02.02.2008

Today Scully wears an orange collar. Her red one is lost in the garden.

Nellie enters a new basket. But actually it belongs to her son Spark. Today his new owners arrived from Denmark.

So Spark will take a familiar smell when he will travel into his new home tomorrow.

Anne and Thomas meet their Spark personally. Today just a short meeting is possible.

Rainer and I have an important family celebration ...

... My parents celebrate their 80th birthday. They hold a ceremonial reception in a museum in Neuss.

What a lovely couple - I am very proud!

03.02.2008

Next morning Spark gets just a small breakfast.

Then we have planned a busy program in order to make him tired for the long journey.

First we are taking Nellie and Spark for a walk.

Anne and Thomas already have fun with the new member of their family.

Then we show that Spark has already been trained to be groomed.

I brush him and trim the fluffy puppy coat ...

... while Mom Nellie is still sleeping.

Finished!

The result:

Sir Darnley's Splendid Spark styled.

3 generations: S.D. Splendid Spark with mother S. D. Nosy Nellie and grandmother S.D. Kiss-Curl Kylie

Spark says good bye to his brothers and sisters.

04.02.2008

These are the first pictures from Spark in Denmark. He had quite an easy travel and already feels at home.
