At the age of 9 months and 5 days Q starts in Youth class for the first time.

He got his first Jgd. CAC and went best of breed!

In the main ring he also wins the strong KFT Group 3 (= Scottie, Westie, Cairn, Cesky, Sealyham and Skye Terrier).

Next will be the long overdue report about the European Winner in Dortmund. I hurry, I hurry! But there also are job and puppies and so on and so on!

Both days Ch. Sir Darnley's Mylord Mortimer (Owner: Helma van Wieringen) was Res. best male.

First day his mom Ch. Sir Darnley's Kiss-Curl Kylie was Res. best Veteran in Show and the second day she was best Veteran in Show.

Now also our Orla got her first litter.

Last Thursday she gave birth to 2 females and 1 male puppies, all brindle.

The little family settled in already and Orla really enjoys to address herself to her new task nursing her puppies.

Congratulations go to daddy "Olli" and also to Petra Detemple and Nicole Meissner who welcomed the puppies just when they were born.

First we had some really nice days at the west coast - only disturbed by Nellie's bad meeting with a snake (crossed viper) luckily with a happy end.

Then we went from the west to the east coast to visite two exciting shows where our dogs got nice results. Finally we returned to the North Sea and enjoyed some relaxing days, still with lovely weather.

We, that were in this case Helma van  Wieringen (owner of Ch. Sir Darnley's Mylord Mortimer and Ch. Sir Darnley's Noble Nicolson) and me.

Here Nellie won the CACIB, gained the European Winner and went best of breed! She also is now VDH Champion.

Olivia won the open class and Res. CACIB which will be upgraded. By this she completed her International Champion!

Nick won the males champion class and also gained the Res. CACIB.

Our Kylie celebrated her 10th. birthday! I want to write about her and her successful offspring.

Very soon Kylie's daughter Orla expects her first litter.

In Denmark and France arrived litters after Magic and Mortimer.

Our Q won the puppy class and in the main ring he was among the  6 best male puppies.

In Mettmann Orla went best of breed, best low legged Terrier and best in show!

We would like to dedicate this success to Orla's nephew J.Ch. From Dash Mountain Farm's Look at me and his breeder and owner Gerda van Stuivenberg. "Lewis", as he was called, died last week completely unexpected after short illness.

"Cracker" is a son of Ch. Sir Darnley's Magical Mascot who was shown by me from 2003 to 2005 with great success. Cracker is very promising. He shows the same powervull movement and show spirit like his father. I will handle him in the ring for his owner Hannelore Wilhelm-Krischke.

On the show on Saturday Cracker got his first V1 with Jgd. CAC.

They are full brother and sister. Both win title and CACIB. In competition for best of breed the younger sister Orla is first this time.

Together with their mom Kylie I am extremely proud of the winners but I am also proud of our team:

Helma van Wieringen, who simly is helping everywhere - sometimes I think she can read my mind! Rolf Conrads, who untiringly took a total of more than 400 pictures and of course Rainer Schnock, who nursed Olivia and her son at home.

Congratulation also go to the breeder and to the owner of their father Merlin: Gerda van Stuivenberg and Ute Luig.

Another highlight was the "Jahrhundert-Siegerschau" (translated: century winner show). It was held on Sunday where the German Kennel Klub (VDH) celebrated his 100th. anniversary. Here both Mortimer and Orla won the one-time awarded title Jahrhundertsieger!

The Westie and Norfolk Festival was a great success and also the Scotties had a nice entry of 23 dogs. Alltogether app. 200 Terriers were shown.

In the heat of Rosbach Olivia wins another CAC and completes her German Champion title! So we are very proud to present the 7th. Champion in Kylie's offspring!

Futhermore she went best of breed and in the main ring also best low legged Terrier and best in show!!!

In youth class Portia gets V2 with Res. Jgd. CAC. 

This time she showed us clearly that she is not interested in showing at the moment. Therefore we decided to give her a longer break. When we feel that Portia again would have fun in the ring, she will be back in the ring.

Olivia won another CAC and went best of breed.

Portia was 2nd. in Junior class and won Res. Jgd. CAC which is upgraded.
